How Kerri is going to live from now on: "How You Live (Turn Up the Music)"

I really can't call it a celebration but MS has definitely changed my life these past eight years and has taught me many lessons. So as I go into the next year of the daily unknowns, I thought I'd make this my theme song. Join me in turning up the music! (The verse I'm memorizing is "Look to the Lord and His strength; seek His face always!" Psalm 105:4)

Kerri,
If you know in advance that you would need a cone for the boys they have new kinds of soft cones that are easier to move around in. :)

Hi...thanks for the comment...the driving scene in The Holiday was pretty accurate : )

I also have to say that I'm in love with this song. A friend gave me the CD at Christmas and I play it all the time. My kids tease me because I love my music loud. I love the message...also love their song Fearless Heart from the same CD.

You have a great attitude! Have a wonderful week...Joyce

I love the line in the song...

Have what you want, but want what you have.

If reminds me of a quote I read this morning that I love.

"He who has little and wants less is richer than he who has much and wants more."

Enjoy your Sunday!

HI KERRI! I'M GLAD YOU ENJOYED THE "ESPRESSO PORN" ON MY BLOG! I AM CURRENTLY IN A 5TH GRADE CLASS FOR THE NEXT 6 WEEKS, AND EARLIER THIS YEAR I SUBBED FOR A 4TH GRADE CLASS (8 WEEKS) AND A 2ND GRADE CLASS (6 WEEKS). THANK GOODNESS FOR MATERNITY LEAVE! I'M REALLY ENJOYING THE LONG-TERM JOBS, AND WOULD LOVE TO BE BACK IN THE CLASSROOM FULL TIME--JUST NOT SURE THE ECONOMY OF AZ WILL SUPPORT IT AT THIS TIME, UNFORTUNATELY. WE ARE LAYING OFF UP TO 400 PEOPLE IN OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT ALONE. VERY SAD FOR THE TEACHERS AND FOR THE KIDS WHO NEED THEM! THE KINERGARTENERS SURE KEEP YOU HOPPING, DON'T THEY?! I LOVE TO HEAR ALL THE FUNNY THINGS THEY SAY!

I love this song and Point of Grace; they're a favorite. Like JAM, my favorite song is "Have what you want but want what you have." So much truth in that.

Keep pushing forward girl.
