What's for Dinner?

Good morning! This afternoon I'm creating Chicken Stir-Fry Wraps for dinner. The recipe comes from Martha Stewart's "Everyday Food", which I love looking through quite often!
Here's the recipe link Chicken Stir-Fry Wraps. I wanted to post the entire recipe but I didn't. It's already typed out on the website! Perhaps you'll find something else on the website that looks good to you.
I'll let you know how the Duke likes his wraps. If the kids were home, they'd be involved in the scoring, too. I love new recipes!!!

Nummie! We are having roast, today, because it's fast, flexible and Mama has a meeting...

I think I'll try these wraps later this week, though. We are looking for a shake-up in the menu dept. and my kids like fresh, light veggie dishes. (Can you believe they live on a farm, with all that hamburger, steak and roast at their plate, and want more lettuce? I'm glad, but it's weird...)

Can't wait to hear how it goes, with the Duke (of York).

Sounds good! I haven't decided on my new recipe yet. Today I'm cooking Mexican Chicken. It marinates in the fridge all day and then I put it in the oven tonight for 40 minutes. Ever so good for you and tastes yummy too! :)
