- A retired Air Force wife of 25 years, I'm trying to figure out life in the fast(er) lane! Teaching elementary school kiddos is my passion; being a teacher of excellence and a life long learner are my desires! My theme is "if I give the best of me, that becomes my legacy!" This school year I am guest teaching for Spokane Public Schools, Mead and Medical Lake. My wish is to be teaching in my own classroom, but nothing has opened up for me. I've been blessed with lots of guest teaching jobs already this year. It's nice to be popular as a good substitute!

Funny how many of those pictures included coffee of some variety! I'm not quite sure about all that has been going on in your life recently, but clearly you've spent a lot of time in the son, with kids, and some darling beagles (my favorite line of dogs...). Thanks for checking in with me. As for times of discontentment, I usually make myself get out of the house and focus on somebody else. There's nothing like someone else's need to take the focus off of my own.
