Library Media Endorsement

The Library Media Endorsement from Central WA University is controlling the next 2 years of my life! It's a really good thing because I'll be a highly qualified teacher librarian when I've completed the endorsement & passed the test. Right now I'm living and breathing anything and everything about library issues and technology. This morning I cleaned my library while listening to 2 lectures. I worked on a Google Presentation before I went out to dinner and I'll finish another assignment before going to bed. Trying to keep things even keel and my life in balance is going to be a challenge. I'm trying my best! I'm already becoming a better teacher librarian as I learn more about my profession. 

Back to School!

Spring break is over and we are on the home stretch of the school year. Here's my prayer for this week  -- Proverbs 31:26 "Her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness."

Aloha from Oahu!

 I am totally in love with Hawaii! I loved, loved, loved my vacation of 14 days. The beach, sunshine, amazing food, rain forests, waterfalls, sunsets, spending time with my hubby and celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, seeing a lot of historical sites, relaxing, naps, lazy days and everything else that made the trip 150% enjoyable! I think I might have gotten enough Vitamin D to help me make it through the dark winter months. I cannot wait to go back to Hawaii next year! I tried to do my five favorite pictures of each day but know that there are at least 100 dozen more on the camera. It was absolutely beautiful and a place I call "Paradise!"

Cape Disappointment camping trip!

I love my home state of Washington and all that it has to offer. One of my favorite places is Cape Disappointment located on the Long Beach Peninsula. We took Easton and Audrey there for a fun camping week!
